Buffalo Bills Week 17 Wednesday Injury Report

The Buffalo Bills were without Marcell Dareus and Stephon Gilmore on Wednesday. Both players have been playing at a high level for the Bills.

Buffalo Bills Week 17 Injury List - Wednesday

Player Position Injury Participation
Dan Carpenter K Right Groin Limited Participation
Marcell Dareus DT Knee Did Not Practice
Stephon Gilmore CB Concussion Did Not Practice
Aaron Williams S Hip Limited Participation

The Buffalo Bills injury list on Wednesday was rather short. Dan Carpenter and Aaron Williams were limited and Marcell Dareus and Aaron Williams were held out.

Week 17 has no playoff implications for the Bills, so it wouldn't be a surprise if Dareus, Gilmore and Williams sat out. Carpenter has been listed with the right groin injury for weeks now, so it's safe to believe that he'll play.

There's no telling how long the New England Patriots will play their starters on Sunday. The team has already clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC so risking injury is not wise. While the Bills cannot make the playoffs with a win this week, they can break two streaks. The first being that they've never won at Gillette Stadium (0-12). Second, the Patriots have won 35 straight games at home against AFC opponents. That's quite an impressive feat, but the Bills could have a chance to end that streak.
