Rex Ryan Adds 2 Coaches to Bills Staff

Rex Ryan and the Buffalo Bills made two more hires on Saturday. The team brought in David Lee as quarterbacks coach and Sanjay Lal as wide receivers coach. Lee was previously with Buffalo in 2012.

Hopefully David Lee kept his Buffalo Bills apparel from his last stint with the team. On Saturday, the Bills and Rex Ryan officially added Lee and Sanjay Lal to their coaching staff. Rich Cimini of ESPN NFL Nation reported the news.

Lee will be the team's quarterbacks coach. He held this role with Buffalo in 2012 and worked with Ryan Fitzpatrick. In 2013, the New York Jets hired Lee for the same role. In his two seasons with the Jets, Lee worked with Geno Smith and Michael Vick. Lee also had a stint with the Miami Dolphins as their QBs coach from 2008-2010. Lee can be thanked for bringing the Wildcat offense to the NFL during his tenure in Miami.

Sanjay Lal will be Buffalo's wide receivers coach, a role he had with the Jets for the last three seasons. Before joining the Jets, Lal spent five seasons with the Oakland Raiders. He was Oakland's offensive quality control coach from 2007-2008 and wide receivers coach from 2009-2011. Lal played wide receiver at UCLA and Washington in his collegiate career.

Neither hire will be met with much enthusiasm, but Bills fans will have to trust Ryan and believe that his hires will work well with Buffalo's personnel.
