Bills Add Anthony Lynn as Running Backs Coach

Anthony Lynn is joining Rex Ryan's staff in Buffalo. Lynn was the New York Jets' running backs coach from 2009-2014.

Rex Ryan has hired Anthony Lynn as running backs coach of the Buffalo Bills. Lynn held this title with the New York Jets from 2009-2014. Lynn replaces Tyrone Wheatley who took the same job with the Michigan Wolverines.

Lynn was given an interview for New York's head coaching vacancy after Ryan was fired, but he was not thought of as a legitimate candidate for the job.

Lynn played with the Denver Broncos (1993, 1997-1999) and San Francisco 49ers (1995-1996) before starting his coaching career.
