Rex Ryan Responds to Jace Amaro

Rex Ryan wasn't happy about Jace Amaro saying the Jets lacked accountability in 2014. He responded to Amaro's comment in a Sports Illustrated article.

Jace Amaro of the New York Jets told SiriusXM Radio that the team lacked accountability last season under Rex Ryan.

The Buffalo Bills head coach is the focus of an article called “The Rex Effect” that will appear in the April 20 issue of Sports Illustrated. In the article, Jenny Vrentas asked Ryan about Amaro’s comment. Here is Ryan’s response:

“He’s full of s—, and I’ll remind him of that when we play him. Look, we weren’t perfect, and I never said we were going to be perfect. But that’s a f—— b.s. comment. But, hey, he’s happy that he’s got a different coach in place. We’ll see how happy he is when I play against him.”

Ryan will certainly be looking to prove a point when the Bills play the Jets this season. That said, Amaro apparently read the article as well. He responded with "Game On Then" before deleting his tweet.

The Bills and Jets rivalry is starting to heat up.
