Darryl Talley accepts Bills Ambassador Role

The Talley family has improved physically and financially since a November article from Tim Graham of The Buffalo News. Now, Talley has a new job: Bills ambassador.

Back in November, Tim Graham of The Buffalo News wrote a tremendous piece on Buffalo Bills linebacker Darryl Talley called “Broke and Broken.” The piece talked about the financial and physical burdens that the Talley family faced. Since the article in November, $150,000 was raised for the Talley family and in a new article from Talley’s wife, Janine, she declares that Talley’s physical well-being has also improved.

In Janine Talley’s article, she also reveals further good news. The Pegula family reached out to Darryl Talley in April and offered him an ambassador role with Buffalo. The former linebacker accepted the ambassadorship and Janine added that the role has given Darryl Talley a “sense of purpose.”
