Bills sign Erik Williams, waive Justin Brown

Erik Williams was released by the Bills on August 6, before being re-signed on Sunday night.

The Buffalo Bills signed defensive end Erik Williams on Sunday. Williams was with Buffalo until August 6 when the team released him to sign running back Bronson Hill.

Williams went undrafted in the 2015 NFL draft and was originally signed by the Bills on May 4. The defensive end played in 32 career games at Bethune Cookman. His father, Lee Williams, was an 11-year NFL veteran.

Wide receiver Justin Brown was designated as waived/injured by the Bills.
