The Buffalo Bills announced on Sunday that Dan Carpenter was added back to the team’s active roster. Buffalo’s kicker had been dealing with a hamstring injury since the start of training camp and was placed on the team’s non-football injury list.
Carpenter has been one of the best field goal kickers in the NFL the last two years. In 2013, Carpenter went 33-of-36 in field goal attempts with a long of 55 yards. Last year, he made 34-of-38 attempts with a long of 58 yards. He’s also converted 63-of-64 extra point attempts in the last two years.
Carpenter is on the field today for the team’s training camp practice.
