Members of the Buffalo Bills AFL Championship Teams were recognized on Saturday night.

Members of the Buffalo Bills AFL Championship teams were recognized on Saturday night at the 2015 Bills Alumni V.I.P. Gala. The former players will also be honored at halftime on Sunday.

The Buffalo Bills will be wearing their throwbacks on Sunday at Ralph Wilson Stadium when they take on the Indianapolis Colts. Buffalo is doing this as the team is honoring the 50th anniversary of their two AFL Championship teams (1964, 1965). Needless to say, the jerseys Buffalo will be wearing look sharp:


On Saturday, the Bills honored some of the legends from the 1964 and 1965 championship teams at the 2015 Bills Alumni V.I.P. Gala. The gala took place at the Seneca Niagara Events Center in Niagara Falls. Former players in attendance on Saturday night included the following: Stew Barber, George Flint, Mike Stratton, Ron McDole, Ed Rutkowski, Al Bemiller, Harry Jacobs, Billy Shaw, Booker Edgerson, Glenn Bass, Willie Ross, Daryle Lamonica, Butch Byrd and Paul Maguire.

Tomorrow the players will be honored by the Bills at halftime.
