The Buffalo Bills liked the idea of Jack Eichel becoming a Bills fan. It seems he's well on his way.

Jack Eichel may be from Massachusetts, but it appears that he's well on his way to being a Bills fan.

Back in June, the Buffalo Bills liked the idea of Jack Eichel becoming a Bills fan. The Buffalo Sabres player and the second overall pick of the 2015 NHL draft was born and raised in Massachusetts so it wasn't a surprise to see that Eichel was a Tom Brady fan.

Franklin Buell, a Bills fan, noticed an old tweet of Eichel's which supported the New England Patriots quarterback.

Buell noted that the Eichel was going to make it in Buffalo, he'd have to change his NFL allegiance to the Bills. The best part of the story is that the Bills' official Twitter account favorited Buell's suggestion.

Fast forward to September and it appears that Eichel is well on his way to becoming a Bills fan. The Sabres forward was in attendance for Buffalo's Week 1 game against the Indianapolis Colts covered in Bills gear. Eichel posted the following on Instagram.

Eichel and some of his teammates appear to have had a great time 'Rocking the Ralph' on Sunday. We'll have to wait and see who Eichel supports next week when the Bills take on the New England Patriots.
