A look at where the Buffalo Bills rank on various NFL power ranking lists.

After losing to the Patriots, where do the Bills land on NFL power ranking lists?

After losing a game, most teams fall down in the power rankings. For the Buffalo Bills, that wasn’t necessarily the case. Scout and ESPN both had the Bills rise up one spot entering Week 3 following their 40-32 loss to the New England Patriots. CBS, FOX and NFL all had the Bills drop, but it wasn’t very far down in the rankings. Here’s a look at Buffalo’s ranking across various platforms, as well as comments from those platforms.

People got too caught up after this team beat Indy in week one. Then the brash Bills took it on the chin against the champs in their backyard. Now everyone is down on Buffalo. It’s just two games. This team is still going to be tough to handle, especially on defense. Well, that is until they play New England.

Tom Brady has seven TD passes and no interceptions over the past two seasons against the Bills. Everyone else has 14 TD passes and 21 interceptions against the Bills in that time.

That sound you hear is everybody jumping off the Bills' bandwagon. They're a solid team, but New England reminded them who the king is in the AFC East.

The blueprint for attacking this Bills defense was revealed in Week 2 -- pass the ball quickly and don’t get caught up running the ball between the tackles. The success of this strategy will be easier said than done when the opposing quarterbacks are not named Brady. Tyrod Taylor continues to take strides forward but the offense will need to continue to find ways to get Sammy Watkins involved.

That Bills defense didn't look so Buffalo-esque versus Tom Brady and company Sunday. You've probably already seen that Brady threw for 466 yards. Before we rub it in about the loss, major props to Tyrod Taylor, who kept fighting out there. Sure, he threw the pick at the end, but at that point in the contest, Taylor was simply trying to make something happen. Check out this dime to Sammy Watkins in the fourth quarter. Here's to the # BillsMafia finding a quarterback, finally.
