The Buffalo Bills will take the field on Sunday behind one of the best offensive linemen in the team's history. Ruben Brown will Lead the Charge tomorrow before the Bills take on the Cincinnati Bengals.
Buffalo drafted Brown in the first round of the 1995 NFL draft out of Pittsburgh. As a rookie, Brown was a 16 game starter with the Bills and by 1996, he was seen as one of the best guards in the NFL. Brown was named to the Pro Bowl from 1996 to 2003 as a member of the Bills. He started in 136 games with Buffalo and was named an All-Pro four times with the Bills (1998, 1999, 2000, 2002). Brown was also a member of Buffalo's 50th Anniversary Team.
Brown finished his NFL career with the Chicago Bears. He spent four seasons in Chicago and made the Pro Bowl one time (1996) with the Bears. He was a member of the Bears team that played in Super Bowl XLI.
