Cyrus Kouandjio has been filling in at right tackle ever since Seantrel Henderson suffered a concussion. The former second round draft pick of the Buffalo Bills fared well during this time but was expected to go back to a reserve role on Sunday with Henderson being cleared to play. That won't be the case as Kouandjio has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins with a knee injury.
This could be bad news for the team as Kouandjio did not appear on the injury report all week. No word has been given on the seriousness of the injury but it had to have happened recently.
The injury to Kouandjio leaves the Bills rather thin at offensive tackle. Buffalo will start Cordy Glenn and Henderson on Sunday, but the only other tackle on the roster is Jordan Mills. The Bills don't have any tackles on their practice squad, so if Kouandjio's injury ends up being serious, they'll have to look elsewhere to add another player.
