Buffalo Bills Week 10 Power Rankings Across Various Sites

Take a look at where the Buffalo Bills rank on various power rankings.

A 33-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins in Week 9 helped the Buffalo Bills jump up in the NFL Power Rankings across most sites. However, one site actually had the Bills dropping one spot. Heading into their Thursday Night matchup with the New York Jets, take a look at where the Bills rank on various platforms.

New Ranking

Previous Ranking

Rex Ryan makes his triumphant return to New York/New Jersey on Thursday with his 4-4 Bills. The Bills can jump the Jets in the standings with a win.

They face a tough turnaround with a key division game Thursday on the road against the Jets. It's a show-me game for Rex Ryan against his former team.

Fox Sports

The Bills are simply a much better team when Tyrod Taylor, Sammy Watkins and Karlos Williams are active. Watkins and Williams combined for 278 yards and two touchdowns on just 17 touches in Week 9.

Weighty win for the Bills, who were happy to get back not just their quarterback but their running game, as well ... at least temporarily. LeSean McCoy looked explosive before departing with a shoulder injury. Karlos Williams also returned to the fold and did his part, rambling for a long touchdown. From any perspective, this was a huge outcome for Buffalo, which, at 4-4, now finds itself right back in the thick of the AFC wild-card race.

Buffalo’s play has been inconsistent this season, mostly due to injuries, so the major leaps up and down on a week to week basis aren’t surprising. That said, it is a bit of a surprise that ESPN found a way to drop Buffalo down a spot in their rankings. That earns the site a site a “C’mon man!” from all of us here at Buffalo Football Report.
