Buffalo Bills Week 12 Power Rankings Across Various Platforms

The Buffalo Bills saw a drop in most power rankings after their close loss to the New England Patriots.

The Buffalo Bills put up a valiant effort on Monday Night Football but ultimately fell to the New England Patriots by a score of 20-13. After the loss, the Bills fell to 5-5 and found themselves in a log-jam in the AFC Wild Card race. Heading into Week 12, here’s a look at where the Bills landed on various power rankings.

Previous Ranking

If the Bills don't run effectively, they have a hard time winning. The Bills are 0-5 when attempting 30 or more passes in a game, and a 5-0 when attempting fewer than 30.

CBS Sports

They aren't good enough on offense to win consistently against good teams.

Fox Sports

The Bills need to find ways to get Sammy Watkins involved earlier and more often. He has just six receptions and 13 targets over his past two games. View season trend.

Not sure Rex Ryan has ever been hotter than he was after the Bills gave up that touchdown at the end of the first half. I like Ryan getting fired up -- like the silver scruff, too. What's not to like is the state of Tyrod Taylor, who looked largely inaccurate even before suffering an injury Monday night. So, Bills Mafia, I turn to you: Can EJ Manuel do enough to push Buffalo to a wild card if called upon? (@HarrisonNFL) This weekend in Kansas City presents both a stiff challenge and a strong opportunity to bust a postseason move.

Sunday’s game will go a long way in the AFC Wild Card race. If the Bills can defeat the Chiefs on the road, they’ll be in good shape entering the homestretch of the season.
