No major surprises in Week 17.
The Buffalo Bills announced their Week 17 inactives:
T.J. Barnes, Lavar Edwards and Max Valles are all relatively new additions for the Bills. The trio are all better fits in a 3-4 defense so it's not surprising that the trio is inactive on Sunday.
Linebacker Nigel Bradham is also inactive. He wasn't able to return from an ankle injury that he suffered against the Chiefs in Week 12. Bradham will be a free agent this offseason. It'll be interesting to see if the Bills attempt to re-sign him after an ineffective first season in Rex Ryan's defense.
EJ Manuel will be the backup quarterback for the Bills on Sunday with Josh Johnson inactive. This may be the last game for both quarterbacks with Buffalo.
The only moderate surprise on the inactives list is rookie Dezmin Lewis. The Bills will be using Greg Salas and Leonard Hankerson behind Sammy Watkins and Chris Hogan.
Last, Buffalo already announced that LeSean McCoy would be out for Sunday's game. Karlos Williams and Mike Gillislee will see plenty of carries for the Bills in the regular season finale.
