Buffalo Bills assistant head coach Anthony Lynn is interviewing with the 49ers per a report

This will be Lynn's second head coaching interview with a team per reports.

Yesterday, it was reported that Buffalo Bills assistant head coach/running backs coach Anthony Lynn would be interviewing for the Miami Dolphins head coaching job on Wednesday.

One day later, Josina Anderson of ESPN reported that Lynn would be interviewing for the San Francisco 49ers head coaching job.

In early December, Ryan said the following on Lynn generating interest as a head coach candidate:

"I can understand why [there is interest]," Ryan said. "Being a former player, he's got Super Bowl rings as a player. He's smart. He's been with me now for seven years. So he's a great football coach. And the other thing is, he's got the respect of all the players. I've seen him work with veteran players, young players. It makes no difference."

Time will tell if Lynn receives any head coaching offers, but he's certainly generating interest right now.
