HOF QB Jim Kelly spoke about the Buffalo Bills and mentioned that the team didn't have discipline in 2015.

Jim Kelly spoke with NESN at Radio Row on Friday. The HOF QB had much to say about the Buffalo Bills.

Buffalo Bills Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly made his way through Radio Row on Friday.

One stop included talking with the New England Sports Network (NESN). During his interview, which can be seen below, Kelly discusses a wide variety of topics. Kelly shares his thoughts on Tyrod TaylorRex RyanRob Ryan, and tailgating in Buffalo.

When discussing the idea of Buffalo contending in the AFC East, Kelly jokes that it's time for Tom Brady to retire.

“Well, No. 1 is I think it’s time for Tom Brady to retire, Kelly said. "That’d be a really good thing." Kelly then discussed Buffalo's lack of discipline on defense.

"We didn’t have a lot of discipline, I should say… So we have to have a leader in that locker room that when things start to get away, someone needs to step up and be that person that someone’s going to listen to.”

Kelly is right about needing someone on the defensive side of the ball to step up as a locker room leader. A returning Kyle Williams could certainly help in that regard and Jerry Hughes recently spoke out about the players needing to be grown men and addressing their issues in-house.
