LeSean McCoy will not face charges stemming from a nightclub brawl in Philadelphia according to a source close to the Buffalo Bills running back. Vic Carucci of The Buffalo News shared the following news on Twitter.
If the report is true, this is great news for McCoy as it's possible that he doesn't face any league discipline if he goes uncharged. That said, the personal conduct policy could still be used against McCoy for simply being involved in the incident. Not being charged would certainly make it more difficult for Roger Goodell to suspend the running back.
Recently, McCoy met with the Philadelphia district attorney, but it was unknown what was said at the meeting. It's possible that McCoy was informed that charges wouldn't be brought against him.
