Earlier on Thursday, Vic Carucci of The Buffalo News reported that LeSean McCoy wouldn’t be charged in the brawl that involved off-duty officers in a Philadelphia nightclub. The Philadelphia District Attorney’s office is refuting that report, calling it “utterly wrong.”
Carucci’s report came from a source close to the Buffalo Bills running back. Based upon Kline’s response to Joe Buscaglia of WKBW-TV, it seems as though no conclusion has been made either way in regards to charging McCoy.
