Ed Reed starts job with the Buffalo Bills.

Ed Reed started his job with the Bills on Tuesday.

A few players saw their tenure with the Buffalo Bills end on Tuesday. One coach saw his tenure begin.

On Tuesday, Ed Reed, a future Hall of Fame player, started his job as Buffalo's assistant defensive backs coach.

It may only be his first day on the job, but Reed seems to be enjoying his new position.

On the field, Reed was a five time first-team All-Pro and made the Pro Bowl in nine of 12 seasons. In addition to these accolades, Reed was also named the Defensive Player of the Year in 2004.

If Reed is half the coach that he was a player, Buffalo's defensive backs will be in very good hands.
