Warner's First Things First Foundation website describes the event as the following:

The Ultimate Football Experience is a fantasy day in Phoenix, AZ giving gridiron fans from the corporate world the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play football with the pros. This unique event kicks off with the Draft Party & Auction with the teams competing to select their favorite NFL celebrity to be its QB for the on field competition. On the day of the tournament, teams make themselves at home in the Cardinals training facility locker room prior to taking the fields for a competitive four-on-four flag football tournament.
