Stephon Gilmore believes Sammy Watkins is better than Odell Beckham Jr.

Stephon Gilmore answered questions from Bills fans on Wednesday.

Stephon Gilmore held a question and answer and on his Twitter account on Wednesday. During the Q&A, the Buffalo Bills lock down cornerback was asked if Bills WR Sammy Watkins was better than Odell Beckham Jr. Here's what Gilmore had to say:

Some will look at Gilmore's response and think nothing of it. What else can the cornerback say, right?

However, in a Q&A Gilmore gets to choose what he answers. If he didn't believe that Watkins was better than Beckham Jr. then he simply could have ignored the question. Plus, this isn't the first time that Gilmore has said that Watkins is better than Beckham Jr.

In addition to his comments, Gilmore has experience playing against both receivers. Gilmore has gone head-to-head against Watkins many times as teammates and Buffalo went against the NY Giants during the 2015 season. Although the Giants won the game, Gilmore and Ronald Darby shut down Beckham. The receiver only caught 5-of-12 targets for 38 yards.

Beckham has certainly been more productive over his first two seasons in the league, but he has a borderline Hall of Fame quarterback throwing him the ball. Watkins, on the other hand, has had EJ Manuel, Kyle Orton, and Tyrod Taylor at quarterback.

Both players have lived up to the hype on the field, and there's nothing wrong with Gilmore thinking that Watkins is the better wide receiver.
