Jerry Hughes gave Buffalo Bills fans an update on his wrist surgery.

Jerry Hughes had wrist surgery a few weeks back.

Buffalo Bills LB/DE Jerry Hughes had surgery on his left wrist about three weeks ago. Hughes shared video of himself going off into surgery a few weeks back on Instagram.

Although the surgery itself probably wasn't a walk in the park, Hughes has had to wear a yellow cone since the surgery.

On Wednesday, the cone finally came off and Hughes seemed very excited about the news. He shared the following photo on his Twitter account:

Hughes has been a star with the Bills since the team acquired him in a trade with the Indianapolis Colts. In three seasons, Hughes has recorded 151 total tackles, 25 sacks, six passes defensed, and seven forced fumbles.

Heading into the 2016 season, the Bills will be getting Hughes back at 100 percent. That's great news for Rex Ryan as he looks to get Buffalo's defense firing on all cylinders in his second season as head coach of the Bills.
