Report: Percy Harvin will 'definitely' play in 2016 and the Bills are interested.

Multiple teams are reportedly interested in Percy Harvin.

According to a report from Pro Football Talk, wide receiver Percy Harvin will 'definitely' play in 2016. Buffalo Bills GM Doug Whaley has stated that the team would like to have Harvin back in 2016 and the report stated that Buffalo has a pending offer on the table. Unfortunately for the Bills, Harvin reportedly has a few suitors.

From the PFT report:

Per a source with knowledge of the situation, Harvin “definitely” will play in 2016.

The Bills, who signed Harvin a year ago, have a pending offer. Other teams have made offers as well.

Harvin has yet to decide what he’ll do. According to the source, Harvin knows this is his last opportunity to have a major impact in the NFL. As a result, he’s looking for the right situation.

In Buffalo, Harvin would certainly have the opportunity to make a major impact as one of Buffalo's top targets at wide receiver. Harvin and Tyrod Taylor developed chemistry quickly last season and in five games Harvin led Buffalo in targets in three games.

While Harvin has already shown that he can play well with Taylor, he may want to join a team that throws the ball more often than the Bills.
