Brown is probably the most athletic inside linebacker remaining on the market and he'd fill a need for the team. Formerly a second round pick in the 2012 draft, Brown, has 261 combined tackles in his career, along with 10 sacks, 13 passes defensed, six interceptions, and two defensive touchdowns. Ryan Talbot of Buffalo Football Report noted that the Bills should look into signing the linebacker in his most recent mock draft.
In 2015, Brown started in five games with the Tennessee Titans. He finished the season 77 combined tackles, 0.5 sacks, three passes defensed, and two interceptions. The linebacker missed 15 games in 2014 due to a torn pectoral muscle.
Based upon Buffalo's need for an athletic inside linebacker and their lack of quality depth, the Bills would be wise to extend an offer to Brown.
White, the other free agent visiting the Bills on Monday, spent the 2015 season with the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals. In 10 games, one start, White registered six total tackles and three passes defensed. He spent the first three seasons of his career with the New Orleans Saints and had 19 starts over that span of time. With the Saints, White recorded 125 total tackles, one sack, 15 passes defensed, four interceptions, and two forced fumbles. White could be added for depth at the cornerback position.null
