The Buffalo Bills have signed cornerback Corey White

Corey White signed with the Bills on Monday.

The Buffalo Bills signed cornerback Corey White on Monday. White became the second free agent visitor to sign a contact with Buffalo on Monday.

White spent the 2015 season with the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals. In 10 games, one start, White registered six total tackles and three passes defensed.

He spent the first three seasons of his career with the New Orleans Saints and had 19 starts in 41 games. With the Saints, White recorded 125 total tackles, one sack, 15 passes defensed, four interceptions, and two forced fumbles. White's signing gives Buffalo depth at the cornerback position. In Buffalo, White could compete for the nickel cornerback job against Nickell Robey.

Both White and Zach Brown are underrated signings for the Bills. Brown may be the favorite to start alongside Preston Brown at inside linebacker and White has a chance to contribute at cornerback. Although neither player should steer Buffalo away from selecting players at ILB or CB in the draft, the additions could allow the Bills to simply draft the best player available throughout the draft.
