Rex Ryan will introduce Donald Trump at a rally on Monday Night

Ryan isn't ready to endorse Trump just yet.

Just yesterday, Donald Trump referred to Rex Ryan as a great coach.

The Trump proclaimed “great” Buffalo Bills head coach will now be meeting up with Trump on Monday night when he introduces the presidential candidate at a rally outside of the First Niagara Center. Ryan confirmed the news when he was asked by the media on Monday afternoon. Joe Buscaglia of WKBW-TV has video of Ryan’s reply.

An introduction is as far as Ryan will currently go in regards to Trump. Although Ryan is introducing the presidential candidate, he’s not ready to give his endorsement to Trump just yet. At one point, Ryan endorsed New Jersey governor Chris Christie.

"I will say this,” Ryan stated. “Chris Christie was my guy, 100 percent because we were the lap-banded brothers. We both had that lap-band [surgery], and we really are pretty close."

With his “lap-banded brother” out of the race, Ryan may eventually endorse Trump, but it’ll have to wait for now.
