Buffalo Bills RB LeSean McCoy came in at No. 69 on the NFL's Top 100 players of 2016

Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy is voted the 69th-best player in the NFL by his peers on "Top 100 Players of 2016."

LeSean McCoy dealt with injuries in his first season with the Buffalo Bills, but players around the league know that McCoy is still among the best players in the NFL. On Wednesday, the running back came in at No. 69 on the "Top 100 Players of 2016."

In his first season with Buffalo, McCoy rushed for 895 yards and three touchdowns on 203 carries (4.4 YPC). McCoy also caught 32 passes for 292 yards and two touchdowns in 2015. McCoy was at his best for the Bills from Week 7 to Week 14 when he went over 100 total yards each week. McCoy did not meet his own expectations last season, but he'll have the chance to show that he's still among the league's elite in 2016. Buffalo finished the 2015 season with the No. 1 rushing attack in the league and Buffalo's entire offensive line will be returning this season.

Around the league, McCoy has gained the respect of his peers.

"His change of direction is just phenomenal," said Giants defensive lineman Olivier Vernon. "It's crazy."

Dolphins running back Jay Ajayi said, "His Twitter name is like Cut on a Dime or something like that. He definitely will do that to you. Just seeing his tape and seeing him make someone look stupid."
