Heath Evans unveiled his Top 5 running back groups on the NFL Network and listed the Buffalo Bills at No. 5.
"It's all about Shady McCoy," Evans stated. "Yes, we know what this monster brings to the table. Special. What doesn't he do?"
Evans went on to say, "You can throw Williams in the mix too."
Dan Hellie referred to Williams as a "very good backup" before mentioning that Buffalo finished first in the NFL in rushing last year.
Here's a look at the entire Top 5 list:
5. Buffalo Bills
4. Kansas City Chiefs
3. Pittsburgh Steelers
2. Los Angeles Rams
1. Minnesota Vikings
Quarterback Tyrod Taylor certainly played a major role in Buffalo finishing first in rushing last year, but Buffalo's run game is more than just McCoy and Williams. Mike Gillislee did a fine job contributing for the Bills last year and Buffalo went out and added James Wilder Jr. and Jonathan Williams to their roster in the offseason. Buffalo has several strong positional units on their roster, but running back may be their deepest and most talented unit.null
