Buffalo Bills left guard Richie Incognito wins Lifter of the Year

Incognito continues to build off of his strong 2015 campaign.

No player has made the most of a second chance more than Richie Incognito.

The Buffalo Bills left guard is coming off of an impressive 2015 campaign with the team. After missing over one season in the NFL, Incognito joined the Bills and put together a great season. Incognito was arguably the NFL's best run blocker and finished the year as Pro Football Focus' No. 2 guard. In addition to being recognized by the analytics site, Incognito was also named to his second Pro Bowl in 2015.

Incognito's peers around the league also recognized the guard's play by naming him 97th on the NFL's Top 100 Players list.

It appears the guard is picking up right where he left off from last season. On Thursday, Incognito revealed that he was named Buffalo's Top Lifter this offseason.

Incognito has set an example for his teammates in the weight room, in the locker room, and on the field in just one year. He's certainly one player who is "all-in" this season with Buffalo.
