Everyone knows that the Buffalo Bills have no shortage of speed on their roster, but NFL's Next Gen stats illustrated just how fast some Bills players were in 2015. Three specific Bills were highlighted in the article.
Last season, running back Mike Gillislee showed off a max speed of 21.40 miles per hour on one touchdown rush. Adrian Peterson had the highest max speed last year at 21.89 miles per hour.
Sammy Watkins was featured in the article for max speed on a touchdown reception. According to NFL.com, one of Watkins' touchdown receptions saw him run at a max speed of 22.13 miles per hour. The only wide receiver to register a faster time was Ted Ginn's 22.14 miles per hour.
On the defensive side of the ball, Ronald Darby showed off his speed in 2015. Darby's max speed on a turnover was timed at 22.15 miles per hour. Robert Alford was the only defensive player to register a faster time (22.60 miles per hour).
