Vic Carucci is reporting that the Philadelphia Attorney General will be dismissing the LeSean McCoy investigation

Vic Carucci of The Buffalo News was the first to report the news.

The LeSean McCoy investigation appears to be over according to a report by Vic Carucci. According to the Buffalo News writer, McCoy's lawyer informed him that the Attorney General will be dismissing the investigation against the Buffalo Bills running back.

Back in April, the Philadelphia District Attorney announced that no charges would be pressed against McCoy. This decision did not go over well with Philadelphia FOP President John McNesby. It was McNesby who requested the Attorney General look into the case. At this time McNesby has been made any statement.

The NFL may still look into disciplining McCoy, but the fact that no charges were pressed against the running back should help his case of avoiding any type of suspension.
