Watch: Sammy Watkins' foot is looking better

Sammy Watkins' foot appears to be healing up.

There's a lot of uncertainty as to how much time Sammy Watkins will see on the field at training camp. Based on the video that Watkins shared on Instagram, the Buffalo Bills wide receiver may be on the field sooner rather than later.

Along with the video is the caption, "Back on top soon."

Back in mid-May it was reported that Watkins had broken his foot and that he could miss a significant portion of training camp due to the injury. The Bills could still decide to limit Watkins' workload at St. John Fisher College starting in late July, but he seems to be moving very well at this time.

Watkins' ability to stay healthy will be vital to Buffalo's chances of making the playoffs this season. The wide receiver is Buffalo's main play-maker in the passing game, and over the final nine games of the season Watkins recorded 900 yards receiving and seven touchdowns.
