It's Monday, which means it's time for our next installment of Memorabilia Monday. Last week's piece of memorabilia featured Fred Smerlas and Jim Haslett, two members of Buffalo's Bermuda Triangle. This week, we fast forward to the Super Bowl years of the Buffalo Bills and look at a nesting doll made of some Bills greats.
The dolls, from largest to smallest, feature Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Bruce Smith, Phil Hansen, and Andre Reed. This item was acquired from a peer who was looking to cut down on their Bills collection. They said the item was made specifically for them on a trip to China. The back features their jersey numbers and names.
Bonus points to the artist who added the "B." in front of Smith's last name on the back of the jersey. The only error seems to be with the wood choice for Phil Hansen, the former defensive end who is third all-time in Bills sack history.
This item is seemingly one of a kind and features four Hall of Fame Bills.
