Karlos Williams' four game suspension has given James Wilder Jr. a significant chance of making the Buffalo Bills' 53-man roster. Buffalo will likely carry four backs and LeSean McCoy, Mike Gillislee, and Jonathan Williams have the inside track at the first three spots. Currently, that leaves Wilder Jr. to compete with Dan "Boom" Herron for one spot in Karlos Williams' absence.
But before this battle shakes out at training camp, Wilder Jr. wants to play some kickball with Bills fans.
The running back has been very active on social media since joining the Bills and has become a fan favorite on Twitter. Due to the reception he's received, Wilder Jr. came up with the idea of hosting a kickball game/meet and greet with Bills fans.
In addition to playing kickball, Wilder Jr. is going to host a cookout with fans and he's prepared for a decent-sized crowd.
Do you want to play kickball with Wilder Jr.? Head to Fireman's Park in West Seneca on Tuesday at 1 PM. Full details can be found below.
