Buffalo Bills season tickets sit at 58,000

It's slightly down from last year, but still an impressive total.

Last year the Buffalo Bills set a franchise record for season tickets sold at 60,000. The total is down slightly this season, but Bills fans have purchased an impressive number of tickets according to team president Russ Brandon. Brandon said the following on The John Murphy Show on Thursday.

Back in March, the team announced that over 52,000 Bills fans had renewed their season tickets in 2016. Since that point, Bills fans who were on a waiting list have purchased an additional 6,000 tickets.

As it stands, the 58,000 season tickets sold is the second highest total in team history.
