Marcell Dareus: The Buffalo Bills will make a run for the postseason

Mr. Big Stuff is making a big promise to start training camp

Marcell Dareus has set the tone for the 2016 Buffalo Bills season. The star defensive lineman has gone on the record to say that the Bills will make a run for the postseason in 2016.

Although the Bills hold the league's longest playoff drought (1999), the team is coming off of back-to-back non-losing seasons. Considering the fact that the Bills have been close to the postseason in the last two years, Dareus' statement about making a run for the playoffs shouldn't be scoffed at.

Since joining the Bills, Dareus has made two Pro Bowl teams and has been named a first-team All-Pro once. The defensive lineman is coming off of a career-low two sack season, but Dareus was strong in run defense in 2015. In five seasons, Dareus has 253 total tackles, 30.5 sacks, 12 passes defensed, and two forced fumbles.
