Buffalo Bills sign Casey Walker; release Cedric Reed

The Buffalo Bills added a defensive tackle to their roster on Saturday.

The Buffalo Bills announced on Saturday that they have signed defensive tackle Casey Walker. The defensive tackle had participated in a workout with the team.

Walker most recently spent time on the Dallas Cowboys roster. He posted two tackles with the Cowboys in 2015 but was recently released by the team. In addition to Dallas, Walker has also spent time with the Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots, and Baltimore Ravens. In his brief NFL career, Walker has recorded 14 total tackles and one sack.

The defensive tackle played for the Oklahoma Sooners from 2009-2012. During his four seasons with the Sooners, Walker registered 49 total tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, and one sack.

To make room on their 90-man roster for Walker, the Bills released defensive end Cedric Reed.
