Eric Wood: Rex Ryan is the best leader I've been around

Eric Wood shared his thoughts on Bills head coach Rex Ryan.

Rex Ryan has the reputation for being a player's coach so it's no surprise to hear his players speaking so highly of him. The MMQB was in attendance at Buffalo Bills training camp on Sunday and asked center Eric Wood why Ryan was the best coach for the team.

Wood refers to Ryan as the best leader he's been around and the former first round pick has been around quite a few head coaches during his time with the Bills. The center goes on to say that the team is going to run through walls to pick up wins for Ryan in 2016 on their way to the Super Bowl.

Being well-liked and respected by his players is important, but Ryan's fate and longevity in Buffalo will be determined by the amount of wins the team picks up. If the Bills make a run at the Super Bowl as Wood said, Ryan will be in Buffalo for a long, long time.
