Bledsoe deal seems imminent

Drew Bledsoe is coming to Buffalo after all. Barring a natural disaster – and yes, that is possible because there was an earthquake in New York State Saturday – Buffalo is getting the veteran quarterback from New England for its 2003 first-round pick.

Obviously, the first-round pick will not be as high as this year's No. 4 pick. If it is, then Gregg Williams and is staff is almost certainly history.

Bills officials aren't commenting yet. The possibility of a deal was tipped off when New England took LSU quarterback Rohan Davey in the third round. New England had also acquired Brock Huard in the off-season.
