Scouting Report: Lyons and Mulitalo's Chris Steuber breaks down two prospects who will work out for the Bills next week. Premium members, see what Steuber has to say about wide receiver Dicky Lyons (left) and linebacker Cyrus Mulitalo...

Dicky Lyons is an athletic, undersized receiver who possesses great hands and awareness. He lacks prototypical size and speed, but doesn't back down from a challenge. He's quick in and out of his breaks and makes defenders miss in the open field. He runs good intermediate routes and displays toughness catching the ball over the middle

He can stretch the field and has a knack for the acrobatic. He's an experienced return specialist and his versatility will give him a chance to make an NFL roster. Durability is a concern as he tore two ligaments in his right knee last season.

Cyrus Mulitalo is an aggressive, undersized defender who had a very productive collegiate career. He has great instincts and feel for the game, but lacks the quickness necessary to make an impact at the next level. He positions himself well and demonstrates good tackling technique. He doesn't get good depth on drops in coverage and struggles reacting in passing situations. He's an outstanding leader and a smart player, who will have to standout on special teams to be on a team's 53-man roster.
