Players respond to blowout loss in Miami. Terrell Owens (left) and company blame a lack of execution for the Bills' 38-10 loss to the Dolphins...

Nic Harris:

On the Bills defensive performance today: "We have to make things happen on certain plays. We have to play better."

On Miami's Wildcat offense: "It's nothing we haven't seen before. Last year we did extremely well with this. We just have to make the plays and we can't leave plays on the field."

On Chad Henne's first career start: "He's just another guy. He's another quarterback. Another guy we have to face week in and week out."

Terrence McGee

On Buffalo's defense: "We just didn't get the stops that we need and make the big plays. We have to help the offense out and help the team out. We just didn't get it done today."

On whether the Dolphins surprised the Bills defense at all: "They did what we expected besides passing a little bit more than you would expect. With the runs they did what you expect them to do. They were just real effective."

On Chad Henne's performance: "I think he did good. He threw some nice high percentage stuff. He did take chances down the field, but I think he did pretty good."

On the next time the Bills play Miami: "We will definitely be ready. We got to be ready. We don't want another performance like this, so we have to be ready."

Terrell Owens

On if he thought the interception return for a touchdown was the turning point in the game: "No."

On where did this game get out of hand for the Bills: "I have no idea."

On what it will take to get the offense to get in a rhythm: "We just have to go back to the drawing board and keep working. We have to practice hard."

On if it's a test for the veteran players with the early season struggles: "We all just have to keep working hard and try to get better."

On what he thinks about management not signing new players to replace injured players and not spending money: "You have to ask them."

On how disappointed he is with the way the season has started: "Well, we're a couple plays from being 3-1, 4-0. We just have to execute as a team. We haven't done that yet."

On what he thought about the Dolphins cornerbacks: "They played well. Obviously we didn't execute on offense. We need to get better."

On what the offense can do to turn things around: "Just work hard and practice."
