Adam Schefter followed up.
Osweiler is coming off his first start, defeating the Chicago Bears 17-15 on the road. He went 20-of-27 for 250 yards and two touchdowns, with a QB rating of 127.1.
The two biggest takeaways from Osweiler's start were the fact that the running game flourished with him under center, and the Broncos offense did not turn the ball over.
Manning has thrown 17 interceptions this season and the running game has struggled to find consistency playing out of the shotgun and pistol.
Gary Kubiak is scheduled to speak at 1 p.m. MST. We'll update you on his comments following.
Update: Kubiak confirmed that Brock Osweiler will indeed start in Week 12.
