Denver Broncos Announce 2016 Training Camp Schedule

Get geared up for training camp, Broncos fans.

The defending World Champion Denver Broncos have announced the dates for 2016 training camp.

As we figured, they'll kick off the last week of July, starting on the 28th at the UCHealth Training Facility in Englewood, Colo.

15 practices will again be open to the public. The open practices will go from 9:30am-12pm.

The last open practice will be August 17th and will feature a joint practice session with the San Francisco 49ers, as per recent tradition.

Fans will get their first look at rookie quarterback Paxton Lynch—in living color. The three-way battle for the starting quarterback job will be the hottest storyline in camp this year.

But there are plenty of questions surrounding the Broncos as they officially kick off their campaign to defend their Super Bowl title.

With Peyton Manning retired, who will fill the leadership role in the locker room and in the offensive huddle? Which inside linebacker will rise to start next to Brandon Marshall?

Is Devontae Booker a real threat to push C.J. Anderson for the starting running back job, as the rookie has stated publicly?

Needless to say, it'll be the most compelling training camp to cover in the last five years. Chad Jensen and Luc Polglaze cover some of these topics in Episode 1 of the "Huddle Up" podcast. Listen below.
