Denver Broncos Safety Shiloh Keo Suspended Two Games

The NFL announced today the suspension of Broncos safety Shiloh Keo.

Denver Broncos sixth year safety Shiloh Keo will miss the first two games of the regular season after being suspended for violating the NFL's Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse, the league announced Friday. Keo may stay with the team through training camp and preseason to participate in practices and games, but his suspension will be implemented after the roster is cut to 53 players. He will be eligible to return to the active roster on Monday, Sept. 19 after the Broncos' Week 2 game against Indianapolis.

Keo joined the Broncos midway through the 2015 season following injuries suffered on the back end of the defense. Keo played well enough down the stretch to earn a spot with the team for training camp, where he has performed very well. Keo's ability to make the Broncos final roster takes a hit with this suspension.
