When you're in a funk, sometimes you have to take a hard look at yourself, be brutally honest about what you see. The Denver Broncos are in watershed moment.

Even though they've lost three of their last five games, they're 6-3. Right now, that's only good enough for third place in the AFC West. 

But the remaining schedule, which includes a bye, will offer Denver plenty of opportunities to climb the standings and win the Division for the sixth consecutive season. 

Again, it will require making a change. And I'm not necessarily talking about the starting quarterback. 

Change is difficult. There's a reason people fear it. But in the NFL, just like in life, teams are faced with tumultuous situations where they must adapt or die. 

In the video above, I don't candy-coat what I see as Denver's deficiencies. And the good news is, I have every reason to believe the Broncos have it in them to turn the ship around.
