Denver Broncos 2017-18 Schedule Released

The 2017-18 schedule for the Broncos has officially dropped.

This year's slate of games is upon us. After the long(ish) wait, the NFL has provided the Denver Broncos with their schedule for the upcoming 2017-18 season. Without further ado...

Sept. 11, 8:20 p.m., ESPN

Week 2: Broncos vs. Cowboys

Sept. 17, 2:25 p.m., FOX

Week 3: Broncos at Bills

Sept. 24, 11 a.m., CBS

Week 4: Broncos vs. Raiders

Oct. 1, 2:25 p.m., CBS

Week 5: BYE

Week 6: Broncos vs. Giants (SNF)

Oct. 15, 6:30 p.m., NBC

Week 7: Broncos at Chargers

Oct. 22, 2:25 p.m., CBS

Week 8: Broncos at Chiefs (MNF)

Oct. 30, 6:30 p.m,. ESPN

A few quick observations after the first glance. Four of the first five games are in Denver, which equates to half of the home games for the season. It would have been nice to get a few of those later in the season, but oh well.

The bye week comes pretty early, in Week 5. Another thing that would be more useful later on in the season.

Five primetime games. A couple of divisional Monday night games, a pair of Sunday-nighters, and a Thursday in Indy.

Week 17 against the Chiefs. Could very well be for a playoff spot. Let's hope so, at least.
