Friday, January 23, 2004 - The month began with perhaps the most bitter loss of the season. It continued with a dominating performance against the Chargers, but then came another harsh defeat in bitter arctic conditions to the Chicago Bears. In the end, the Broncos wrapped up the month where they started -- two games above .500. But unlike at the end of October, the Broncos closed November with more healthy parts to their team.
