Citing a groin/lower abdominal injury, Denver Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer has withdrawn from this Sunday's Pro Bowl in Hawaii.
AFC head coach Mike Shanahan admitted that Jake had not made the trip during this afternoon's first practice session. His absence left the AFC with only two quarterbacks, Peyton Manning from Indianapolis and Trent Greene from Kansas City.
Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair is expected to replace Plummer, who was filling in for the injured Carson Palmer, on the roster.
