Broncos Fall Again to OT Field Goal

For the second time in as many weeks, the Denver Broncos fell victim to an overtime field goal game winner. San Diego's Steve Christie hit a 27 yard field goal with just 3:01 left in overtime as the Chargers beat the Broncos 30-27 and dropped Denver a game behind in the AFC West.

Denver's Jason Elam hit a 24 yard field goal with just 1:39 left in regulation to tie the score. In overtime, Denver blocked a 38 yard Christie attempt to get another chance, but Jason Elam's 53 yard try was wide left, setting up San Diego's final drive leading to Christie's game winner.
